Where can I buy spare parts?

Spare parts are available via our network of authorized dealerships. Please visit our Dealer Locator tool to find your nearest dealer. Unfortunately we cannot sell spare parts directly.

My product needs a repair. Who do I contact?

Your first point of call for any product repairs is the authorized Sunrise Medical dealership where you purchased your product from. If you can't remember, please contact us.

Where can I see or try one of your products?

Your nearest authorized Sunrise Medical dealership will have a variety of products in their showrooms that you can see or try. Please visit our dealer locator or contact us to find your nearest authorized dealer for more information.

Is it possible to connect a Bluetooth mouse to an Apple Mac?

Unfortunately it is not possible to use a Bluetooth module on a Mac. It can for other devices with iOS software, but not a Mac.

Is it possible to connect a Bluetooth mouse module to an Amazon Echo/Alexa?

It is not possible to connect the Bluetooth mouse module directly with the Amazon Echo/Alexa. It may be possible to connect to an iPhone (for example) which could be controlled by the R-Net I Device to operate the media apps, when Amazon echo is set as a Bluetooth speaker.

Can the short back shell be replaced with the tall one?

No. This requires replacing with a completely new chair.

Advanced has the choice of Crossover with color chosen. Moderate has the Crossover style only with Polka Dots and the color chosen.

Yes.

Can we order parts to fix a frame that isn't folding or will not lock into the upright position?

No. This requires replacing the frame.

Does the Rear Accessory Platform fold with the frame?

Yes, but it does not stay folded when carrying it. It has to be held up in place or it will fall down into the open position.

What could prevent the Seating Shell from locking onto the Slide-N-Lock Mechanism in Reverse Position?

There could be a strap in the way
The Red Lock Switch on the Release Lever is not locked
The Footrest angle is too far in, preventing the Shell from sliding in

No. This requires replacing the frame.
