We've found answers for:

Yes, self-designed spoke guards can be ordered through Built-4-Me. However, the image must first be approved, and copyrighted images cannot be used without written permission of the author. The image must also be at least 55 cm in diameter and a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. The color format should be RGB and be saved as a .jpeg, .pdf or .gif. Please note that spoke guards can not be ordered for 12", 16", or 28" drive wheels, or with Spinergy, MAG, or Spider Wheels.

Your serial number is usually found on the frame underneath the seat (or on the cross brace of a folding wheelchair). It will be a white sticker with a barcode and a series of numbers.

Unfortunately we don't. However, nail varnish is an extremely inexpensive and easy way of fixing any small scratches or blemishes to your wheelchair's frame.

The Quickie 2 HP ships with 3° of camber. Adding one or two washers to the lower bolts holding the axle plate can increase the camber to 5° or 7°.

The Quickie 2 is only available in a swing-away frame style and the Quickie 2 HP is only available in a fixed front frame style.

The Quickie 2 is only available in a swing-away frame style, the axle plates mount horizontally, and it has a depth-adjustable rear side frame. While the Q2 Lite is available in both swing-away and fixed front frame styles, the axle plates mount vertically and it is designed with a shorter frame height. These design differences mean a lighter frame.

No, the QX side frame has the mounting holes drilled into the frame for the fixed axle plate.

The QX comes with a fixed axle plate with only 0° of camber, while the QXi comes with the option of either the adjustable axle plate (0° or 3° camber) or fixed axle plate. Also, the QXi has more feature options than the QX.
