Frequently Asked Questions
When using the lift function, the lift is stopping. In order for the lift to work again, the joystick has to be released first and then pushed/pulled again. How is this rectified?
If the chair has an R-NET control system, it is possible to increase the actuator Up Current Limit. On the PC programming software, go to Seating > Intelligent Seating Module > Channels > Up Current Limit. Under 'Channel 3', change the up current limit from 5 amps to 5.5 amps. If the chair has VR2 controls, the "Actuator 1 End Force" can be modified, however this one only goes up to 5 amps.
