Sunrise Medical Introduces New Website
Sunrise Medical is thrilled to introduce the fresh new look and user-friendly design of its website, www.SunriseMedical.com. As a company dedicated to improving people’s lives, Sunrise Medical is continually looking to enhance its customers’ experience, and online interaction and resources are an integral part of this experience.
Teresa Adkins, Vice President of Marketing at Sunrise Medical, stated, “We are delighted to launch this new website, which provides an easy way to locate information and relevant content, an engaging experience, and is mobile friendly.”
Sunrise Medical’s modern new website makes finding support resources and learning about mobility and seating products more intuitive than ever. When first arriving on the site, visitors will select the customer group they most closely relate to – consumers, dealers, or clinicians. By making this selection, visitors will see customized homepages with links to resources geared toward their interests, such as the Dealer Locator for consumers, Technician Support Center for dealers, and the Education in Motion Blog for clinicians. Additionally, all resources can be conveniently found on the User Resources and Dealer & Clinician Resources pages.
The Sunrise Medical website is accessed frequently from smartphones and tablets, so the new design is responsive to varying screen or browser window sizes. This means that all of the content on the page – text, photos, documents, etc. – scale up or down to fit the screen size of any device. This makes it easy to view any page on the website from a mobile device without scrolling to the left or right.
Other enhancements include simplified navigation to product information, a Community page that features live feeds to Sunrise Medical’s Facebook and YouTube pages, an informative and interactive Help Me Choose guided product selection page, and an improved Order Forms & Literature page for downloading product documentation. Convenient features from Sunrise Medical’s past website – including the ability to share product information on social media sites, compare specifications of products side by side, and search for spare and replacement parts on Sunparts Online – are still available on the new website.
“We believe our new website will improve visitors’ online experience, encourage visitors to connect with their peers, and make learning about mobility products and services more convenient,” said Adkins.
